Billing
Customers must understand commercial terms before purchase. Tax treatment requires accounting review — Stripe Tax is not assumed enabled.
Plan names, displayed prices, and billing cadence are shown on the pricing page and must match the internal plan catalogue and Stripe Price configuration. Currency is as displayed (typically CAD for Canadian SaaS packaging).
Subscriptions renew according to the Stripe Price interval until cancelled. Entitlements follow verified Stripe subscription status stored by the application after signed webhook processing.
Organization billing managers may cancel via Stripe Customer Portal when billing is configured. Cancellation typically uses cancel-at-period-end (access continues until the current period ends unless product policy is changed). Customer data is not deleted solely because a subscription ends.
ACCOUNTING / TAX REVIEW REQUIRED. Do not assume Canadian sales tax conclusions from this page. Stripe Tax or another mechanism must be explicitly configured and reviewed before public paid launch.
Billing questions go through the monitored support channel when support is configured. See also the refund policy.
This page is a product surface for operators and customers. Final wording requires EXTERNAL LEGAL REVIEW and is not legal advice or certification.
