These draft terms describe the SaaS product relationship. They are not a substitute for counsel-reviewed agreements.
JV Match provides software for private Canadian real-estate partnership workflows: analysis, verification workflows, matching, decision records, routing, asset operating records, and scheduled Protect monitoring. JV Match is not an investment adviser, broker, dealer, insurer, escrow agent, or legal service unless a separately licensed entity is expressly disclosed.
You are responsible for account credentials, organization membership decisions, and the accuracy of information you enter. Paid private beta access may be invitation-only.
Paid plans are billed through Stripe according to the selected plan catalogue. Entitlements activate only after verified Stripe subscription state — not merely after a browser return from Checkout. See Billing terms for cancellation and refunds.
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access to another organization's data, scrape licensed listing sources, or present JV Match outputs as regulated advice or guaranteed returns.
